The obvious question
Most problems in a business are not as complicated as they look.

They do require consistency, attention, and a willingness to stay close to what is actually happening. That is the part most people skip, and it is the part I am good at.

People ask how running revenue at a logistics company, owning a gym and building software fit together. They are the same job. Find where the money is leaking, build the system that stops it, then teach somebody else to run it.

I do not take consulting or advisory work, and I do not do coffee. If there is a way to work together, it is as a customer of something I already run.

I have run teams, managed large budgets and sat in rooms where strategy gets decided. I have also done the day-to-day work, and still do.

2026 – present
Chief Revenue Officer LogX Group Revenue, marketing and growth across ShipSavvy and CrossBorderPickups. The platforms move over two million packages a year for more than a thousand businesses.
2020 – present
Founder BestBox Fitness Built a software company for gyms and coaching businesses, and acquired a gym through it so the product would be tested somewhere real before it was ever sold to anyone else.
2019 – 2026
Fractional revenue and marketing leadership Freedom Robotics · PandaDoc · TaxCloud · Vessi The outside operator brought into fast-growing software and commerce companies to build a revenue engine from very little. At Freedom Robotics that meant three Fortune 100 enterprise clients closed in under twelve months. At TaxCloud, taking a tax calculation and filing service to market through Adobe Commerce, Magento and WordPress.
2014 – 2019
Director of Product Marketing → VP, Global Marketing & Commerce Development Shipwire, then Ingram Micro Joined a logistics startup as one of its own customers. Left five years later running global marketing for a Fortune 100 distributor after the acquisition, having built the product marketing and demand generation functions that got it there.
2013 – 2014
Manager, E-Commerce Operations MEC Ran e-commerce operations for one of Canada's best-known retailers during a period when it was recognised as a leading Canadian online retailer.
2001 – 2013
Store Manager → Senior Business Systems Analyst JYSK Canada Started on the floor of a furniture store. Twelve years later I had launched their Canadian e-commerce business and grown it past $6 million a year, back when most Canadian retailers still treated online as a catalogue.
